Underrated Trainers for 2010 season

With the Woodbine season starting up on Friday, I will be posting racing selections and news that is happening around the Woodbine thoroughbred season.

Trainers to watch Early in the Season, along with Early Season AUG % RATING.

TOP 5 Trainers to bet early in the season.

The Top is by far Terry Jordan but the public is so aware of this that short prices take away any type of value on his horses.

Donnie MacRae is a trainer who offers some value early in the season. His numbers with sprinters and horses off lay-offs are top notch. His main client, Centennial Farms has a strong crop of two year olds that may provide wins throughout the season.

Brian Lynch also seems to fly under the radar. His stats are ultra impressive. He is one to follow in your virtual barns.

Be VERY careful of trainers who do not show proficency in early runners or who do not have success with horses off lay-offs. The trainers at the bottom of this list are to be avoided at all costs. With a win rate of uner 5%, it is tough to back them win any confidence.
